Bite Size Summer Treats

Enjoy a dilesious bite size peice of summer. Its refreshing and healthy!

1) Coco nut milk from can

2) Vinila extract

3) Agave/ honey

4) Chocolate recipe

5) Fruite

6) Cupcake molds or parchment paper

7) Coconut flakes

8) Salt

9) Coconut oil

10) Maple syrup

11) Cacao

Directions: put the who coconut milk from the can in a blender, then add a pinch of vanilla, salt, and a splash of agave. I chose agave because it is sweet, but it does not overpower the coconut like honey does. Mix well and add shreds of coconut for a meatier more chewy desert. Bend then put aside.

Next is chocolate. I use my Grandmas recipe because she uses real ingredients, and has perfected it over the years. This is my grandma's recipe, she adds only the good stuff.       In a food processor;

    2 cups cacao          2 cups maple syrup          1 cup of coconut oil  (extra virgin)

  Blend in processor until throughly mixed and extremely smooth.

This mixture will be pourable when warm. Keep in refrigerator where It will become firm.

Enjoy!!! This is also the way to make chocolate ice cream. Check out Chocolate Ice Cream recipe to learn how to make healthy, soothing, and refreshing Chocolate ice cream.

After both the coconut and chocolate cool, add in any fruit. I have been experimenting with blackberries, cherries, banana, and sometimes mint for taste and looks. All are delicious!
