Chocolate Ice Cream!

to make Chocolate Ice Cream we will first have to make the chocolate base: Delightful Chocolate.


Delightful Chocolate can be used in smoothies, softened and put on coconut ice desserts or to make chocolate coconut ice desserts.       In a food processor;          2 cups cacao          2 cups maple syrup          1 cup of coconut oil  (extra virgin)           Blend in processor until throughly mixed and extremely smooth.           This mixture will be pourable when warm. Keep in refrigerator where           It will become firm.

 Delightful Chocolate Coconut ice dessert.            In a blender not processor;                1 1/2 cups of delightful Chocolate.                2 cups of coconut meat. From a baby coconut or Exotic Superfoods, frozen.                1 3/4 cups of coconut milk with vanilla or plain.                1/4 cup Agave nectar.             Blend throughly. Then take a spoon and check if there are any white                 lumps (coconut meat) blend until they are gone.                 Place in a container and chill overnight. Refrigerate overnight.                 Follow directions on ice cream freezer.                 Let soften a bit before serving if you have previously frozen ice dessert.
